All items sold "As Is Where Is" and must be removed at Purchaser's risk and expense. No refunds of any kind will be given.All sales are final. Purchaser is responsible for payment of applicable sales tax.

Item(s) must be paid for and picked up within 10 business days of closing.If payment is made by money order, item(s) will not be released until 5 days after payment is received to allow for deposit and transfer of funds.
